Tasting notes
Deep red color which offers an expressive profile full of scents and flavours. Blackberry and black pepper are dominant. Pronounced acidity, with a pleasant long-lasting taste and aging potential.
Pairing
Grilled or roasted red meat with rich sauces, lamb and well aged, rich yellow cheeses, like Cretan Graviera. Best at 17°C-18°C.
