WINES – ORDERS and DELIVERY
Wines are available for orders in Quebec through the SAQ. Creticos is a promotional agency that is authorize under agreement number 424-16-035 to promote and commercialize alcoholic beverages, to take and place orders on behalf of customers, and deliver or ensure delivery of these orders through designated SAQ stores. These wines are held in inventory at the SAQ main warehouse in Montreal. The list of stores offering delivery is available through the scroll down menu when placing an order on this website. There are over 100 designated stores throughout the province of Quebec that offer delivery in the SAQ network of stores.
When you are completing your order, you will select the designated SAQ store of your choice. In the scroll down menu, the stores have been regrouped by region to help facilitate your choice and select a store that is most convenient to you. This store is where you will pick up your wine order and pay for the value of the wines. The price for wines listed on this website is set by the SAQ, and this is the price paid to the SAQ when you pick up your order. Once you have received confirmation of your order, it usually takes 7-10 days for delivery at the SAQ store you selected.
Wine orders through Creticos are available by the cases of 6 or 12 bottles. These are exclusive wines made available through private imports. Creticos is representing several wineries from the Island of Crete, which are part of the Wines of Crete region, nominated by Wine Enthusiast as one the region of the year in 2016. The only payment you are making today is the reservation fee with Creticos for these exclusive wines. This fee covers representation, promotional, and order taking services, and is to be paid when you are completing your order.
WINES – RETURNS
A defective product can only be reimbursed. The customer must go to a branch of the SAQ, or contact the after-sales service at 514-254-8686 (option 4) for breakages and returns.
The SAQ does not accept returns of non-defective products. From the receipt of an order at the branch, the customer has 72 hours to refuse his order. No returns will be accepted after this time. The reservation fee from Creticos will not be refunded, and an additional return fee of $ 9.00 per box will be charged.
OLIVE OIL and HONEY – ORDERS and DELIVERY
Olive oil and honey orders are available for delivery throughout Canada. Orders for these products can be placed by residential customers directly on this website, with a limit of 24 units per order. Retailers that wish to order these exclusive products from Creticos need to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are authentic products from Crete made available in Canada. The prices have been set by Creticos and orders are to be paid in full once you complete your order on this website. Shipping fees are applicable on your order and vary based on your location for delivery. A $12.95 delivery fee for orders in major centres of Quebec and Ontario will be charged. A surcharge will be applied for other regions and provinces in Canada and will be based on the delivery fee set by Canada Post.
Shipping will be free of charge for orders exceeding $50.00 (before taxes) in major centres in both Quebec and Ontario, and a surcharge will be applied in other regions and provinces in Canada.
Order fulfillment is managed through a distribution partner, TSPM – Logistics services and distribution. They offer warehousing and ensure delivery of these products through courier directly to your home or designated place of delivery. Once you have received confirmation of your order, it usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery in major centres in both Quebec and Ontario.
OLIVE OIL and HONEY – RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received it in. Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. And, to complete your return, we require the proof of purchase.
Before you return the product, please contact us at email@example.com. To return your product, you should mail it to: TSPM – Logistic services and distribution, 1710, Trans-Canada highway, Dorval, PQ, H9P 1H7. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
