Tasting notes
Lightly intense red color, reminiscent of pomegranate seeds. Pleasant aroma of mature red fruits (cherry). Fresh and balanced taste with delicate tannins, pleasant acidity and long aftertaste.
Pairing
Salads, pasta with light tomato sauce, and local Cretan cuisine such as snails, Sfakiani or Kalitsounia cheese pies. Best served at 10°C-12°C.
