Tasting notes
Bright, vivid, yellow color. Elegant and complex aroma, reminiscent of fresh and dried fruits, citrus fruits and hints of vanilla and nuts. Crisp acidity, wonderful long aftertaste and ageing potential.
Pairing
Smocked yellow cheese, fish and seafood. Best at 12°C-14°C.
