Tasting notes

Bright, moderate to dark lemon-green color. Ripe, fleshy, honeycomb, dried flowers, and buttery. Dense, full-bodied with intense flavor. Long finish dominated by vanilla, honey and light oak. At its peak in the next 4-6 years.

Pairing

Enjoy it with light meat, poultry, seafood, with white sauces.
