Tasting notes

Medium gold color, earthy flinty aromas mingled with notes of jasmine, white flowers and ripe stone fruit. Medium acidity and slightly creamy texture.

Pairing

Great with fresh vegetables, oily fish, seafood, poultry and sushi. Best served at 10°-13°C.
