Vinification

Maceration for 10 days and on the muscat grape skins. Orange style. Aged for 4 months in 500 liter oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered.

The winery was founded in 1978 and is located west of Corinthos in Peloponnesus. It has 2 vineyards, one in Lalioti and one in Sofiana. About 12 hectares are cultivated with the Moschoudi (Muscat de Patras), Assyrtiko, Mavrodaphne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Agiorgitiko and Mavrostifo varieties.

Tasting notes
Rich aromas of citrus, pear and vanilla. Flavors of bergamot and orange. Balanced acidity and minerality.
Pairing
Great combination with pork lemon and grilled fatty fish like sea bass. Best served at 8°-10°C.
