Tasting notes

Vivid red color and aromas of red fruits which blend harmoniously. Soft and rich in the mouth, with “round tannins“ and rich finish. Aromatic with very good acidity.

Pairing

Great combination with red meats like lamb or goat, and mature cheeses. Best served at 17°C.
