Tasting notes
Crystal bright yellow color with intense and complex aromas and exuberant notes of jasmine, lemon and melon. Well balanced, rich and fruity flavor and pleasant acidity.

Fresh salads, spinach or cheese pies, shellfish, white meats with a light sauce.
