Tasting notes
Exotic fruit aromas, balanced nose. Known for its vivid colour with green highlights, rich and complex aroma with hints of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Rich and juicy in flavour with a long-lasting finish.
Pairing
Enjoy it with a "fatty" fish, such as salmon with a white sauce. Great combination with goat cheese and dishes that are thick and vegetable based, like risotto with asparagus.
